About the Artist

    McKinney Woodwork creates with one vision in mind - to make unique pieces that are both beautiful and functional.  Since 2007, Morgan McKinney has strived to bring this vision to life through his diverse woodworking practice of sculptural work, furniture design, and custom commissions.

    His grandfather and father's own amateur woodworking hobbies served as an early influence which led him to study Interior Design and Furniture Design at Savannah College of Art and Design.  After graduation he returned to his native home of Nassau in The Bahamas.

    Hand crafted from locally-sourced materials, his unique works of art are meticulously detailed with a sleek organic aesthetic inspired by the pristine natural beauty of The Bahamas.
